Your New BFF is a van for the wild and cozy at heart. Your New BFF is intelligently designed to maximize space while creating a gorgeous, functional interior. Smart design makes for happy campers! Your New BFF seats up to four – with shoulder straps on every seat to ensure your passengers’ safety – making it the ultimate adventure machine for families, couples, or friends.
Tuck yourself into a seriously cozy situation in Your New BFF. Your New BFF is an all-weather camper van with snow tires, a Webasto cabin heater, Maxx Air fan and is fully insulated with window coverings for temperature control (and privacy!). You’ll sleep comfortably in all seasons with Your New BFF by your side. Additional safety gear includes, chains, tow straps, tire traction mats and a shovel.
Want to create an extra room for sharing meals, lounging or protection from the summer sun or rainy days? Just add the awning! We could go awn and awn… because Your New BFF comes equipped with a Dragon Fly awning to extend the fun outside the van in any weather.
Excited about cooking a gourmet meal after a day of adventuring? Your New BFF packs an entire kitchen with cookware and coffee gear including an induction cooktop, sink, and chest refrigerator.

SEATING & DINING
Front, leather seats swivel and recline
Back seat is a fold away bench with standard seatbelts and shoulder straps; can accommodate 2 car seats (does not have the latch system).
Seat easily folds away when not in use for extra floor space.
Camping chairs that double as dining chairs and an adjustable height aluminum table to eat on outside of the van are included. In addition, a small foldable table can be used inside the van or outside.

Hop in and Go
All vans are considered “road trip ready.” Whether you are flying in from out of town or looking to explore your own backyard, all you really need to do is stop for groceries before hitting the road. All cookware and tableware is included, as is bedding and a wide array of camping gear. You’ll be sent a detailed list of all the items included in the van before your trip so you can plan accordingly. Select any of the optional add-ons listed below when completing your reservation.

Pick Up and Drop Off
Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. Most van owners can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation.
Pick Up and Drop Off Time: There is no set pick up and drop off time. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with the van’s owner. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed with the van’s owner.

Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policy: You can reschedule your trip one time in the same van with no penalty up to 48 hours prior to the rental. Requests to reschedule a trip a second time will incur a 5% rescheduling fee. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 14 days prior to the rental. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will receive a refund for 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. We are unable to offer refunds for shortened trips if for some reason (e.g. weather, change in schedule) you return the vehicle early. If we cancel the reservation you will receive a full refund.
One-way trip cancellation policy: One-way trips cannot be rescheduled. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 30 days prior to the rental. If you cancel 15 – 29 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a full refund on the remaining reservation line items, less a 5% service fee. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a refund for 50% of the remaining rental fees. Cancellations must be made in writing.
