Griswold is an Overland Van Project custom-built Ford Transit camper van ready for a family vacation you’ll never forget. Whether you’re headed straight to Walley World or are planning to find a campground or two for your crew, this Family Truckster is aching for advanture.
This van seats and sleeps up to four people so the whole fam damily can join in on the fun. Griswold has a comfortable bench-to-bed seating/sleeping set up on the lower level. But the star of the show is the Colorado Campervan pop top that offers another stellar sleeping area up above. Additionally, This van has a secondary seating that was professionally installed by Vamanos Vans. This bench seat can accommodate two more passengers or kiddos in car seats. The seat will also fold up to create room for a pack-in-play! Griswold is family-friendly to the max.
The kitchen is fully stocked with the following amenities:

An exterior shower can be used whenever traveling gets a little messy, and a portable fan will help keep you cool, calm, and collected. Storage for all your stuff is available either inside the large closet on board (that includes a safe) or add-on a Yakima roof box if you need more space.
When it comes to power, you’ll have plenty. Shore power hookups allow you to plug in at campsites but Griswold also boasts solar panels and lithium batteries so you can even go off-grid! There is also unlimited WiFi through a Verizon network hotspot. Last but not least, there’s a portable cassette toilet that can go wherever you need to go.

All vans are considered “road trip ready.” Whether you are flying in from out of town or looking to explore your own backyard, all you really need to do is stop for groceries before hitting the road. All cookware and tableware is included, as is bedding and a wide array of camping gear. Pick Up and Drop Off
Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. Most van owners can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation.
Pick Up and Drop Off Time: There is no set pick up and drop off time. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with the van’s owner. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed with the van’s owner.

Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policy: You can reschedule your trip one time in the same van with no penalty up to 48 hours prior to the rental. Requests to reschedule a trip a second time will incur a 5% rescheduling fee. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 14 days prior to the rental. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will receive a refund for 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. We are unable to offer refunds for shortened trips if for some reason (e.g. weather, change in schedule) you return the vehicle early. If we cancel the reservation you will receive a full refund.
One-way trip cancellation policy: One-way trips cannot be rescheduled. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 30 days prior to the rental. If you cancel 15 – 29 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a full refund on the remaining reservation line items, less a 5% service fee. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a refund for 50% of the remaining rental fees. Cancellations must be made in writing.
