Penthouse is a custom-built Ford Transit camper van conversion ready and waiting to take you on a West Coast adventure you’ll never forget. Because of its fun and unique build, you’ll have everything you need to venture out on the van life vacation of your dreams.
Penthouse has tons of windows wrapped around the entire vehicle offering 360 degree views! This van comfortably seats and sleeps four people, and the interior standing height accommodates people up to 6’5″. The passenger seat swivels to expand the already roomy living area. And you’ll get a great night’s sleep on the six-inch memory foam mattress (two more campers can sleep on the roll-out memory foam mattress on the spacious floor).
The interior is fully stocked with the following amenities:

If it’s a little chilly in the morning you’ll appreciate the heating vents along the floor throughout. Too hot? Crank the A/C and you’ll cool off in no time. Remote-controlled LED lighting throughout the van also gives you control over the ambience. There are also insulated window covers for every single window to block out light, increase privacy, and further control the interior temperature.
In terms of power, you’ll have plenty. Shore power hookups allow you to charge up at campsites. But Penthouse also boasts solar panels and an inverter so you can go off grid, too. There are outlets to charge your devices to make working remote even more appealing.

All vans are considered “road trip ready.” Whether you are flying in from out of town or looking to explore your own backyard, all you really need to do is stop for groceries before hitting the road. All cookware and tableware is included, as is bedding and a wide array of camping gear. Pick Up and Drop Off
Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. Most van owners can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation.
Pick Up and Drop Off Time: There is no set pick up and drop off time. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with the van’s owner. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed with the van’s owner.

Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policy: You can reschedule your trip one time in the same van with no penalty up to 48 hours prior to the rental. Requests to reschedule a trip a second time will incur a 5% rescheduling fee. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 14 days prior to the rental. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will receive a refund for 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. We are unable to offer refunds for shortened trips if for some reason (e.g. weather, change in schedule) you return the vehicle early. If we cancel the reservation you will receive a full refund.
One-way trip cancellation policy: One-way trips cannot be rescheduled. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 30 days prior to the rental. If you cancel 15 – 29 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a full refund on the remaining reservation line items, less a 5% service fee. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a refund for 50% of the remaining rental fees. Cancellations must be made in writing.
