West Vanderson is a custom-built Ram ProMaster featuring more usable living space than most vans this size. With a bed that converts from a bunk size to a full size, we maximize cooking and counter space when it’s needed, and comfortable sleeping space when it’s time to go to snooze. While any size camper can enjoy West Vanderson, those 6′ or under will likely be the most comfortable. There is also a bench seat that can fit up to three people for cozy nights playing cards with your camp mates. And with the additional swivel seat, that’s four people that can comfortably sit in the van. Time for a camp party!

The kitchen in West Vanderson is as nice as many New York City apartments! But lucky you, you’re likely not in NYC if you are in West Vanderson. The refrigerator runs off the auxillary battery so that your perishables stay cool, and the portable induction stovetop will be your trusty aid when cooking up a feast. You’ve also got under cabinet lighting, a deep sink, swivel nozzle, and more.

And because fun is on the agenda, know that there is plenty of storage space under the super comfy bed in the “garage” for all your gear and toys. Now you just have to dream up a Rocky Mountain adventure worthy of this great van. We’ve got faith in you. 😉

This van is located in Wellington, Colorado about 75 miles northwest of Denver International Airport (DIA) and about 20 miles north of Northern Colorado Regional Airport (FNL). Please note: there are shuttle options available to get you from DIA to Loveland/Fort Collins.

All vans are considered “road trip ready.” Whether you are flying in from out of town or looking to explore your own backyard, all you really need to do is stop for groceries before hitting the road. All cookware and tableware is included, as is bedding and a wide array of camping gear. Pick Up and Drop Off

Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. Most van owners can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation.

Pick Up and Drop Off Time: There is no set pick up and drop off time. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with the van’s owner. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed with the van’s owner.

Insurance

Insurance coverage includes $1 million in liability to the renter, $1 million in liability to the van owner, and comp and collision coverage up to $200,000. Insurance coverage starts at $49.50 per night. Prices may vary by vehicle and location.

Roadside Assistance

We make 24-hour roadside assistance available for $15 a day. Coverage includes: towing, flat tire assistance, emergency fluids delivery, battery boost, and a mobile mechanic. Many van owners require 24-hour roadside assistance as part of the rental. Where coverage is mandatory, you must either purchase our policy, or show proof of comparable coverage, including 1) RV towing and 2) towing distance of 100+ miles.

Mileage

125 miles per night is included in every rental. Additional miles are charged 35 cents - $1 per mile depending on the vehicle. For example, on a four-night rental, you will have 500 free miles. If you traveled 600 miles, at 35 cents a mile you would pay an additional $35 at the end of your trip.

Security Deposit

We'll place an authority to charge $1,000 - $1500 (vehicle dependent) on your card two days before your rental starts. The authority to charge is released, less any additional fees, usually no more than seven days after you return.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Standard cancellation policy: You can reschedule your trip one time in the same van with no penalty up to 48 hours prior to the rental. Requests to reschedule a trip a second time will incur a 5% rescheduling fee. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 14 days prior to the rental. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will receive a refund for 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. We are unable to offer refunds for shortened trips if for some reason (e.g. weather, change in schedule) you return the vehicle early. If we cancel the reservation you will receive a full refund.

    One-way trip cancellation policy: One-way trips cannot be rescheduled. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 30 days prior to the rental. If you cancel 15 – 29 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a full refund on the remaining reservation line items, less a 5% service fee. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a refund for 50% of the remaining rental fees. Cancellations must be made in writing.
