Pack up the family or group of friends and head out in Roadie, a fuel-efficient 2020 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter custom conversion. Take road trippin to the next level using Apple Airplay/Android Auto, bluetooth or AUX cable to pump out the tunes. Featuring all-season tires and insulation, Roadie is ready to head out in any season. Though Roadie is packed with features and amenities galore, this camper is still nimble enough to drive in the city…on its way to the mountains or desert!
Cook up a seriously delicious meal in the galley kitchen. Thoughtfully designed, the kitchen features ample storage overhead and in the cabinet under the sink with running water. Keep essentials cool in an electric cooler-style refrigerator. A portable propane stove gives you the freedom to cook inside or outside on the included camp table. There’s plenty of counter space to give your sous chef some space to chop and prep!
Get some much needed chill time with friends and family by swiveling the front captains chairs and using the rear bench in sofa mode. Keep the party going by keeping devices charged using the outlets throughout the van (run off an auxiliary battery).
Ready to recharge for another day of adventure? Roadie features two full-size beds with memory foam mattresses great for sleeping four adults or two adults and three kids. Get lost in a good book with the dimmable LED lighting and stay cozy through the night using the Webasto heater and insulated window coverings. Camping in warm weather? Pop open the rear doors and take in the stars on the big screen. There’s plenty of storage space underneath the lower bed or alongside each mattress.

All vans are considered “road trip ready.” Whether you are flying in from out of town or looking to explore your own backyard, all you really need to do is stop for groceries before hitting the road. All cookware and tableware is included, as is bedding and a wide array of camping gear. Pick Up and Drop Off
Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. Most van owners can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation.
Pick Up and Drop Off Time: There is no set pick up and drop off time. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with the van’s owner. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed with the van’s owner.

Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policy: You can reschedule your trip one time in the same van with no penalty up to 48 hours prior to the rental. Requests to reschedule a trip a second time will incur a 5% rescheduling fee. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 14 days prior to the rental. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will receive a refund for 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. We are unable to offer refunds for shortened trips if for some reason (e.g. weather, change in schedule) you return the vehicle early. If we cancel the reservation you will receive a full refund.
One-way trip cancellation policy: One-way trips cannot be rescheduled. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 30 days prior to the rental. If you cancel 15 – 29 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a full refund on the remaining reservation line items, less a 5% service fee. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a refund for 50% of the remaining rental fees. Cancellations must be made in writing.
