Zambezi, a brand new Pleasure-Way Tofino camper van, is ready to take you anywhere you want to go! Fans of the classic Volkswagen Westfalia camper van will feel right at home in this brand new Tofino Pop-Top Camper. It has the same floor plan as the Westfalia, but you’ll enjoy more space and a host of modern van amenities. Built on a Ram ProMaster 136 chassis, this van is compact, easy to drive in the city and on the highway, and fits into a standard parking spot. With two separate sleeping areas, plenty of cargo space, and interior heating, you’ll have everything you need to hit the road in comfort and style.
This camper van has many modern features, including two full-size beds! The main sofa bed measures 54″ x 72″ and can comfortably sleep two adults. The lofted pop-top measures 49″ x 72″ and is perfect for two kids or one adult. All linens are included in your rental, so you can just hop in and go!
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all you need to serve a gourmet meal on the go and features:
- induction cooktop
- refrigerator
- sink with running water
- cookware, dishes and utensils for four people
- basic pantry items like oil, seasonings, foil, storage bags, etc.
The solar power system in Zambezi has plenty of juice for the eight USB ports and four household plugs. The driver’s area has a Bluetooth radio with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to make it easy to navigate and to play your favorite road trip playlist.
Zambezi is your year-round adventure vehicle! At the end of the day, the fully screened side and back doors, as well as the pop-top panels let in the cool evening breezes and keep out the bugs. In colder weather, the propane-powered heater will keep the van nice and toasty. Two three-gallon water jugs will be supplied in the winter, as the onboard water system will be dried out to save it from freeze damage. Chasing powder? Add the extra Thule roof box to carry your skis and snowboards. The EasySox traction devices will help you out on snowy roads, too.

All vans are considered “road trip ready.” Whether you are flying in from out of town or looking to explore your own backyard, all you really need to do is stop for groceries before hitting the road. All cookware and tableware is included, as is bedding and a wide array of camping gear. Pick Up and Drop Off
Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. Most van owners can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation.
Pick Up and Drop Off Time: There is no set pick up and drop off time. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with the van’s owner. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed with the van’s owner.

Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policy: You can reschedule your trip one time in the same van with no penalty up to 48 hours prior to the rental. Requests to reschedule a trip a second time will incur a 5% rescheduling fee. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 14 days prior to the rental. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will receive a refund for 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. We are unable to offer refunds for shortened trips if for some reason (e.g. weather, change in schedule) you return the vehicle early. If we cancel the reservation you will receive a full refund.
One-way trip cancellation policy: One-way trips cannot be rescheduled. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 30 days prior to the rental. If you cancel 15 – 29 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a full refund on the remaining reservation line items, less a 5% service fee. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a refund for 50% of the remaining rental fees. Cancellations must be made in writing.
