Cowboy is a 4×4 Ram Power Wagon ready to take you on the adventure of a lifetime. This overlanding vehicle has everything you’ll need for an amazing camping experience so, whether you’ve got a quick three days off or have three weeks to spare, rest assured that Cowboy will make it easy to take it easy.
Cowboy can transport up to six people in the vehicle itself and sleeps up to four on the massive 90” x 56” mattress in the poptop tent. The tent setup – designed by Go Fast Campers – makes camping in this vehicle super user friendly and the decked storage system in the truck bed keeps all of your gear readily accessible.
All the things you’ll need to cook a delicious meal are included when you travel with Cowboy so put away those freeze dried meals! You’ll have a portable propane camp stove, a portable sink, and cooler to keep all of your perishables from… well, perishing. Just grab some groceries, load up your gear, and get going.

A van’s nightly rental rate may vary by day of the week and season. The rate shown on the van’s listing is the current base rate. When you enter the dates for your trip, the quote you see will reflect any dynamic rate fluctuations based on the actual dates of your trip. Rates are lower during the early part of the week and are higher later in the week and on weekends.

All vans are considered “road trip ready.” Whether you are flying in from out of town or looking to explore your own backyard, all you really need to do is stop for groceries before hitting the road. All cookware and tableware is included, as is bedding and a wide array of camping gear. You’ll be sent a detailed list of all the items included in the van before your trip so you can plan accordingly. Select any of the optional add-ons listed below when completing your reservation.

Pick Up and Drop Off
Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. Most van owners can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation.
Pick Up and Drop Off Time: There is no set pick up and drop off time. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with the van’s owner. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed with the van’s owner.

Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policy: You can reschedule your trip one time in the same van with no penalty up to 48 hours prior to the rental. Requests to reschedule a trip a second time will incur a 5% rescheduling fee. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 14 days prior to the rental. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will receive a refund for 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. We are unable to offer refunds for shortened trips if for some reason (e.g. weather, change in schedule) you return the vehicle early. If we cancel the reservation you will receive a full refund.
One-way trip cancellation policy: One-way trips cannot be rescheduled. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 30 days prior to the rental. If you cancel 15 – 29 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a full refund on the remaining reservation line items, less a 5% service fee. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a refund for 50% of the remaining rental fees. Cancellations must be made in writing.
