Ooooh, are you ready for adventure because Van’essa is ready for you! Van’essa is a 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van that was turned into a camping dream by the talented team at Overland Van Project – a stellar Northwest van conversion company.
With Van’essa you can camp cozy while exploring all four seasons of the Pacific Northwest in style. And four is your magic number. Maybe it’s just you and the family…or maybe those good friends of yours want to tag along… Van’essa seats and sleeps four comfortably.
Hang out up front at the table and play one of our many board games. The table raises up from the floor, and the two front seats swivel to the back. Enjoy a nice hot shower out back. Cook a delicious meal on our electric stove with premium pots/pans/utensils. Keep your food (& beer) cold in our refrigerator. Set the mood with our dimmable LED lights. Wake up to that picturesque view outside your doors and a fresh french press brewed to your liking. There is ample storage in the back for those bikes and other fun activities; alternatively, you can put your bike rack on the van’s hitch. The diesel heater will keep you toasty warm on those cold winter nights. Ditto the Rumpl blankets. In the summer extend the awning and relax outside reading a book. All year round adventures are powered by AT tires.

All vans are considered “road trip ready.” Whether you are flying in from out of town or looking to explore your own backyard, all you really need to do is stop for groceries before hitting the road. All cookware and tableware is included, as is bedding and a wide array of camping gear. Pick Up and Drop Off
Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. Most van owners can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation.
Pick Up and Drop Off Time: There is no set pick up and drop off time. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with the van’s owner. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed with the van’s owner.

Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policy: You can reschedule your trip one time in the same van with no penalty up to 48 hours prior to the rental. Requests to reschedule a trip a second time will incur a 5% rescheduling fee. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 14 days prior to the rental. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will receive a refund for 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. We are unable to offer refunds for shortened trips if for some reason (e.g. weather, change in schedule) you return the vehicle early. If we cancel the reservation you will receive a full refund.
One-way trip cancellation policy: One-way trips cannot be rescheduled. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 30 days prior to the rental. If you cancel 15 – 29 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a full refund on the remaining reservation line items, less a 5% service fee. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a refund for 50% of the remaining rental fees. Cancellations must be made in writing.
